At JMS Home Innovations, we take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to delivering

We stand behind every project with a warranty that reflects our confidence in our craftsmanship and
dedication to customer satisfaction.
5-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
We offer a 5-year limited warranty on all labor and workmanship for completed exterior remodeling
projects, including but not limited to:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Deck construction
- General exterior renovations
This warranty covers defects in workmanship that arise under normal residential use and conditions.
Manufacturer Warranties
All materials used are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. JMS Home Innovations is not
responsible for defects in materials
provided by manufacturers but will assist clients with navigating manufacturer claims when needed.
What's Covered:
- Defects or failures due to improper installation or workmanship
- Leaks or water intrusion related to installation errors in roofing or siding
- Loose or shifting components resulting from improper securing or fasteningWhat's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear or changes in appearance due to aging or weather exposure
- Damage caused by extreme weather (hail, high winds, flooding, etc.) or natural disasters
- Damage caused by fire or other heating elements (e.g., grills, fire pits, chimneys)
- Improper maintenance, negligence, or misuse
- Damage or alterations made by other contractors or homeowners after project completion
- Issues stemming from structural problems not related to our work

- Project address and date of serviceWe'll schedule an inspection within 7-10 business days and provide a resolution plan, which may
include repair or replacement of the affected area at no cost to you.Additional Notes:
- This warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable
- The warranty is valid from the project completion date
- JMS Home Innovations reserves the right to amend this policy at any time
